WAVEANT presents its new products

16. 5. 2007

WA29-5xP is a high-Gain parabolic antenna in the frequency band 5 GHz. It is designed for the most demanding data connections for a distance of 20km and more. The diameter of the reflector is 60 cm!

SPA16V is the professional sector antenna with the radiation angle 90° and the vertical polarization in the frequency band 5 GHz. We have also available the version with the horizontal polarization. Remove low quality omni-directional antennas!

RADOM1 a RADOM2 are plastic ABS cover kits with a collar for parabolic antennas WA14/WA19/WA22/WA26. Improve the output of your antenna and get prepared for the next winter!

BOX1 and BOX2 are plastic assembly boxes designed for direct installation to the pole. Why to lay long coaxial cables if an access point can be at the antenna?

Following a long period of development, new versions of parabolic antennas in the frequency band 5 GHz have emerged!

WA26–5×P

This new antenna has replaced the hitherto manufacture types WA26-54P and WA26-58P. In cooperation with the electromagnetic field department of the Czech Technical University in Prague and some other companies dealing with the development of high-frequency technology , our company managed to develop a new type called WA26-5xP.

Adding some constructional elements, which improve the adjustment and radiation characteristics, we managed to decrease SWR below the "magic" limit of 1.5 in the whole working range.

What does it factually mean? The use of our antennas is no more linked to the working frequency and in case of jamming the used frequency, the user can realign his connection within the whole approved range – without making interventions into the hardware, just sitting at the table in his office. That is the main competitive advantage of the WAVEANT antennas as compared with other manufacturers who align their narrow-band antennas only for a certain part of the spectrum.

WA22–5×P

Quite a new antenna in our assortment! The diameter of the reflector is only 30 cm, which means that the antenna can be used for easy and discreet client installation. Apart from this, the antenna's Gain 22 dBi suffices for longer connection above 5 km!

Thanks to several modifying elements, this antenna is a wide-band antenna and you can use it in the whole range of the frequency band 5 GHz (SWR is even lower than 1.5)!

The majority of parts and the material used on WAVEANT antennas come from the EU and the product is completely manufactured in the European Union. All measurements and development proceed in Czech measuring laboratories and testing offices. Buying good-quality antennas WAVEANT, you will support the European economy and not the overseas forwarders.

WaveAnt WA26–54P

It is the antenna the construction of which is identical with the one of the favoured type of WA26-58, however, the radiator is aligned to the centre of the frequency band 5.4 – 5.7 GHz (5.55 GHz). The SWR is below 1.6 in this band. Thanks to wide-band construction of the radiator, on condition of accepting the SWR by 2.0, the antenna can be used for the frequency band 5.1 – 5.3 GHz and 5.7 – 5.9 GHz. The minimum guaranteed Gain is 25 dBi, the reflector diameter is 50 cm. In fact, having this antenna, the construction of connections for the distance of 15 km and more is not a problem.

WaveAnt WA22–54P

The radiator of this antenna (including VF parameters) is identical with the type WA26-54, the reflector diameter is 30 cm, but the focus distance (10.5 cm) was modified for more compact dimensions. The minimum guaranteed Gain is 21 dBi. In fact, having this antenna, the construction of connections for the distance of 5 km and more is not a problem.

WaveAnt WA22–58P

The radiator of this antenna (including VF parameters) is identical with the type WA26-58, the reflector diameter is 30 cm but the focus distance (10.5 cm) was modified for more compact dimensions. The minimum guaranteed Gain is 21 dBi. In fact, having this antenna, the construction of connections for the distance of 5 km and more is not a problem.
